Our second vintage of Ode to Home is a blend of 80% Osceola Muscat grapes and 20% Somerset of Maine apples. Both the grapes and the apples are farmed organically.
Blended at the press and wild fermented, this wine recieved a dosage of Gruner Veltliner before bottling. This wine is floral, elegant and an ode to our Home Farm. No sulfites added. 30 cases produced.
