2024 Field Blend Perry
Off-dry perry made with a field blend of Bosc, Bartlett and wild pears. Pears come from 75-year-old trees that are completely un-sprayed on our Folklor Home Farm. Wild fermented, aged in neutral oak barrels for 10 months and bottle conditioned for delicate carbonation. 30 cases produced.
