100% Riesling grown by the Sheneman Family on the northeast side of Torch Lake. Hand-picked. Pressed whole cluster. Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel tank. Nine months of lees aging. The warm, dry growing season resulted in ripe fruit flavors and generous aromatics in this dry Riesling.
