In 2023, we made a special batch of perry using wild pears and co-fermented them with a field blend of apples. The result has the same perry aromatics and flavor we love, accentuated by acidity from the apples and bright bubbles. The fruit for this cider comes from completely unsprayed trees. Native yeast fermentation. Bottle conditioned. 36 cases produced.
