2025 Fruiting Bodies
A blend of certified organic 75% Zweigelt and 25% Marechal Foch grown at our Folklor Home Farm. We co-fermented our estate Marechal Foch and Zweigelt using native yeast and aged the wine in neutral oak barrels for ten months. The rustic, tannic profile of the Zweigelt is complimented by the black fruit and acidity from the Marechal Foch.
