2025 Torch Light White

This dry, bright Pinot Gris has fresh notes of lemon and nice weight on the palate. Grapes grown by Ken Stanek at Lakeview Hill Farms on the north end of Torch Lake. The grapes were hand harvested and received a long, oxidative pressing contributing to the medium body and complex palate.
